Returns

Please note that no returns will be accepted at Chipotle restaurant locations. Additionally, Chipotle merchandise not purchased through the Chipotle Store is not eligible for returns, exchanges or credits. This includes items received at no cost as a part of a Chipotle promotional giveaway or through a Chipotle-sponsored event.

If you have made a purchase at the Chipotle Store and you are not completely satisfied with it, we will gladly arrange for a credit or refund if returned within 15 days of shipment, excluding shipping and handling and gift wrap charges.

Return freight expense is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend one of our preferred carriers - either UPS or USPS - to execute.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all components, including but not limited to: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, cases and gift boxes.

The Chipotle Store will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages without proof of delivery.

All Chipotle Store returns must be processed through our customer service portal. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without proper authorization from our customer service team.

Should you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below:

  • Access the Support Request Form, then:
    • Type or paste into the "Subject" field: "Return for order#", along with the relevant order number.
    • In the "Description" field, please describe the reason for return in as much detail as possible.
    • Press the "Submit" button.
    • Once your return is approved by our customer service team, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.
  • The RMA form must be included with your shipment to expedite processing.
  • Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton and pack and tape your package securely.
  • Return freight is at customer expense and we recommend one of our preferred carriers - either UPS or USPS - for shipment.
  • Please retain your tracking information for your reference.

Please note it typically takes 2 - 4 business days after your package arrives at our facility to process the credit request. We will email you a receipt confirming the return as soon as it is processed. A credit card refund should appear on your credit card statement within one full billing cycle.
